JAM 2 JAM - Kooperation mit Musikpädagogik

Im Fokus der von Peter Becker (Kunst) und Marco Hertenstein ( Musik) geleiteten Veranstaltung stand JAM 2 JAM - ein audiovisuelles Tool wie geschaffen für die "Elektronische Bild- und Klangforschung" an Schulen und Universitäten - , welches sich einer aussergewöhnlichen Resonanz in pädagogischen Foren und Communities erfreut.
Impulsgebend nebem dem fächerübergreifenden multimedialen Ansatz war der Gedanke die Potentiale beider Institute in einer "Pilot"-Veranstaltung zu vernetzen und für künftige Vorhaben in Praxis und Forschung am Department für Kunstwissenschaften der LMU zu erschliessen.

"JAM 2 JAM / Stop Motion" is the first interdisciplinary compact course / Blockseminar of the Department of Arts Education and the Department of Music Educationof the LUDWIG-MAXIMILAN-UNIVERSITY Munich in springtime 2012. the course focuses on jamming research with the internationaly well known generative audio- & videotool Jam 2 Jam and introduces in several jamming performances further multimedia vj- and musicapplications like Gif Animator 5, Resolume 2.4 and MainStage 2.
the course taught by Peter Becker (Video),Marco Hertenstein ( Music) , Matthias Gaidosch ( Technic Support) is part of a future project, that defines a research agenda for generative media performance in schools and communities.
